Around us, various physical phenomena such as fluids, structures, electromagnetic fields, and acoustics are intricately intertwined to form a "multiphysics" environment. To accurately capture these phenomena in CAE, it is necessary to model them while considering multiphysics. In this context, the functionality and performance of software and hardware continue to improve rapidly, establishing a foundation for coupled analysis that takes multiple physical phenomena into account. Due to demands for cost reduction in product development and shorter development cycles, the need for improved accuracy and practical application of CAE is increasing daily. Therefore, at IDAJ, we provide a comprehensive support for multiphysics CAE by simultaneously proposing Abaqus and the general-purpose thermal fluid analysis program STAR-CCM+.
